About the Department of Marketing and Youth Policy at SRU Kyrgyz Economic University
The Department of Marketing and Youth Policy at SRU Kyrgyz Economic University is a dynamic and creative team working in the fields of education, innovation, and youth initiatives. We create a supportive environment for student development, unlocking their potential and promoting opportunities for studying abroad.
Our tasks:
- Overseeing the implementation of regulations related to state youth policy;
- Developing educational work with youth, innovative educational and nurturing technologies, as well as creating conditions for youth self-education;
- Promoting a healthy lifestyle, physical development, environmental culture, and enhancing the culture of safety among youth;
- Creating conditions for youth to realize their potential in the socio-economic sphere, as well as implementing technologies (social lift);
- Facilitating inter-university cooperation in the field of youth policy;
- Involving students in addressing issues related to the preparation of highly qualified specialists;
- Developing proposals to improve the quality of the educational process, considering the scientific and professional interests of students;
- Protecting and representing students' rights and interests;
- Assisting in solving educational, social, and daily issues affecting students' interests;
- Preserving and developing democratic traditions within student life;
- Assisting university administration in solving educational and scientific tasks, organizing student leisure and daily life, and promoting a healthy lifestyle;
- Supporting university departments in conducting activities within the educational process;
- Conducting work aimed at increasing student awareness and their demands for the level of knowledge, fostering a sense of responsibility for property, and instilling patriotism regarding the spirit and traditions of the university;
- Contributing to the strengthening of discipline and law and order;
- Supporting the implementation of socially significant youth initiatives;
- Analyzing the current needs of university students;
- Organizing and conducting cultural and mass events;
- Developing and implementing social programs and projects;
- Ensuring the protection of students' rights and social security;
- Collaborating with government agencies, local authorities, public organizations, partners, and others;
- Participating in student conferences and forums;
- Organizing health and educational events, promoting a healthy lifestyle;
- Organizing events to prevent religious extremism, crimes among students, and fighting corruption;
- Addressing issues related to student life;
- Supporting and implementing youth initiatives.
The main goals of the Department of Marketing and Youth Policy are:
- Implementation of state youth policy;
- Formation of a civic culture, active civic position, and support for the development of students' social maturity, independence, self-organization, and self-development;
- Creating conditions for youth to realize their potential in the socio-economic sphere;
- Developing students' skills in self-governance and preparing them for competent and responsible participation in social life;
- Addressing issues related to student life;
- Supporting and implementing youth initiatives;
- Preserving and enhancing the traditions of SRU Kyrgyz Economic University.
Department Divisions
Volunteer Club (Keu Club)
The goal of this club is to form values within youth culture aimed at rejecting socially dangerous habits, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and providing social assistance.
ENACTUS KEU
The "Enactus KEU" team consists of students from various economic fields united by a common idea of sustainable development. Team members have diverse experience and knowledge in economics, ecology, and business.
Student Communities (Fraternities)
- ALPHA – The "Alpha" fraternity specializes in creating choreographic performances and producing musicals, combining dance, acting, and musical accompaniment.
- BETA – The "Beta" fraternity specializes in musical arts, which captivate the imagination.
- GAMMA – The "Gamma" fraternity specializes in theatrical productions that are breathtaking and offer an in-depth view of theatrical arts.
- DELTA – The "Delta" fraternity is known for their humorous KVN (club of funny and inventive people) performances.
- KAPPA – The "Kappa" fraternity's main talent is creating and editing video clips.
