How to apply:

Application for Studying at Masaryk University under the Erasmus+ Programme

Eligibility Requirements

You can be accepted at Masaryk University if:
✔ You have been nominated by your home university via the online nomination system;
✔ You have submitted all required documents for the application;
✔ You have selected courses worth at least 20 ECTS credits per semester.

Required Application Documents

📌 Online Application Form
Once completed and submitted, it will be automatically saved in the database and sent to your email. Print it, sign it, and have it signed by your Erasmus+ coordinator at your home university. Then, upload the signed document to the system.

📌 Learning Agreement (LA)
A document listing the courses you plan to study at Masaryk University.

📌 Certificate or Document Proving Your English Proficiency
The required level is B2.

These three signed documents must be scanned and uploaded to the online application before the deadline.

Letter of Acceptance

Once all documents are uploaded and your Learning Agreement is approved, you will receive an Acceptance Letter from Masaryk University.

Dormitory Reservation

Dormitory reservations open 1–2 months before Orientation Week. You will receive booking details via email.
